This property operates more like a weekly hotel with transients coming and going. I understand that there is some government subsidized residents living there. The description said the rooms were fully equipped but have absolutely nothing. I had to go to front desk to borrow a hair dryer. They stayed is was none smoking but the 3rd floor smelled continuously like marijuana. I would nit recommend any traveler to stay here.

I never got to check in due to the front desk clerk saying the system was doing an audit and it would be over an hour before i could check in. I asked for a refund and she said she would put it in but the charge is still on my card. Annoyed and disappointed heard she also turned another couple away

Do not stay here!! Awful Do not stay here!! Very noisy upstairs neighbors all night long, AC would not work and someone tried breaking into our room!!! Front desk did nothing about it. Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE hotel.

I appreciated the manager Melissa for sorting out my refund. I didn’t stay after checking in because room was dirty. Hallways were dingy and a lot of traffic from guests.
