This is the first time I stayed at Extended Stay and will never try it again! I was only staying there for one night as my friends and I were having tennis matches there the next day. All I was looking for is a room quiet and clean. I thought that was not too much to ask for the $160 I paid. But in fact it was a horrible experience and I would have been better off if I stayed at a motel for half the price or paid more for a better hotel. Dirty room hard bed must have had pets because allergy’s acted up all night

They don't clean your room unless you stay more than 7 or 10 days . Looks terrible around the property at the back

Non-refundable Hotels.com stay in grungy hotel I felt like I was staying in a place that may have been meant for in between residences or homeless. There was food on the floor so clearly their standards for cleaning are low. Thin walls so I could hear what the neighbor was watching and when he fell asleep. I didn’t feel safe enough to continue staying there. I left after night two… after paying for 7 days, non-refundable. Thanks Hotels.com

Very unpleasant stay. Room floors were dirty, so l had to change room. Not a pleasant smell in lobby and not friendly staff. For room service is not done after 5 days of stay and for change towels we had to go to the reception for changing towels. Very unhappy.
