Hello, i need a full refund. I booked and got to the property, where the front desk attendant told me they had over booked! I was NOT able to check into a room, and they were jot able to accommodate me. Because I booked through you they told me they could not cancel my room even tho I already paid in full. Please refund my card
This place is kind of a dumb. But what really upset me was when I try to check in. Even though I had a reservation, the lady told me that if I didn’t come back at 2 PM to take possession of the room, then she could sell it to somebody else. So that would mean that I would have to stay around the area then go back at 2 and physically check in at that time. The front desk was very rude she did not assign the right door key card and was very rude.

Morning breakfast was a joke. There were no utensils, water, simple coffee or tea in the room.

Nothing would of prepare me to the horrible mattress I had to slept on, and the so call “breakfast” (coffee, granola bar and old muffins) all right by the front door on a corner table. Grab and go breakfast as the attendant called it when I checked in. There was no coffee maker, hairdryer OR TV control in our room You have to get it from the front desk if you need it.
