Staff was ok, but room booked was sold out. For 300 a night, front desk said they’re not sure if I will get refunded since it’s booked through a third party. They have a handicap room instead. Ridiculous allowing third party booking, but not actually have accuracy of bookings. Do not recommend!!!

Terrible Room wasn't ready and we had to ask for shampoo from the front counter and get it ourselves. Not the first time I've had a bad experience at Extended Stay. Worst hotel chain I've ever stayed!

very sketchy and smelled like cigarettes and just straight up drirty never coming back
