I have a really bad experience in this Hotel. The front desk was rude and impatient. The elevator was out of service and we have to take a stair to third floor. There was no cleaning service every day. The bed is comfortably soft and the only thing I like it. The price was overrated and it is not worth to stay. I was totally disappointed and never come back again.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and it stunk badly once you got done walking up the stairs since there is no elevator in service. I can’t describe the smell but it was very musty. The whole hotel is outdated. The people that stayed there were a little off from what I seen and the atmosphere wasn’t a home feeling at all like you would get from some hotels. They serve no breakfast and if you stay for a few days like me the cleaners don’t clean your room for the next few days you stay. Overall I would give this place a solid 3/10.

The place was filthy and smelled so bad

Elevator broken, had to carry luggage up 2 flights.

Elk Grove Extended Stay The evening and morning staff were helpful and friendly. We reserved a king bed and didn't get one; dirty hand towels in the sink when we arrived; masking was not enforced; door keys didn't work to the outside doors; no ice machine and no supplies at all in the kitchen area (utensils, glasses, paper towels, etc). There were two pillows on the bed and we had to request additional pillows. The breakfast consisted of a granola bar or a pre-package muffin, with coffee.

Run. Stay far away. Terrible. Would not stay here again which is pretty sad since I have lots of family in Elk Grove and it was one of the few places I could bring my husky. Remote control was filthy. Sheets stained. Toilet leaking that the floors had hard water stains. Bath tub clogged. Honestly, I’ve stayed at cleaner and cheaper hotels.
