Bad condition The a/c on my room wasn’t working properly, the shower was dirty… lights and fan they was broken, i’m not even able to take a nice shower because lights was not working right never stay there again.

The person in the counter was not realty welcoming , arrived around Night and checked out early around 0600 just take a brief rest from long driving. Same thing in the morning the woman in the counter seems started her day not right. Terrible service and linens are old and stinks.

It’s need to remodel, no breakfast, they did not clean our room , we were there for four days , had to use our own towels, buy our toilet paper

Abysmal property. The chain should be embarrassed by this location. Room smelled so bad it was intolerable and the hallway door had to be left open. The evening desk clerk tried to fix the problem by spraying apple scent into the room, to no effect. The next morning, was informed that the room was in such bad shape it wasn't actually supposed to be rented to guests. Not happy Booked the room for two queen beds, but was told all they had was two doubles!

Low income housing as a hotel If you are looking to stay in low end government housing, you are picking the right place. Of the guests that are staying here, most live here and rule the hotel. Called management to complain about the upstairs noise to get “I went up and they are sleeping”. When I suggested she come in my room to listen, she said no and take it up with management in the morning. Seriously disappointed Was disappointed on a few points with my stay. We arrived semi late 11pm. I prepaid for a room with a queen bed for my partner and I and when we arrived we were given a room with two double beds and were told they were sold out of the queen so we were upgraded to two doubles. How is that a upgrade to sleep in a double bed vs a queen not to mention I would be sleeping WITH my significant other?! Other issues was concerning the kitchenette.
