The beds were very uncomfortable, the stains on the carpet did not delight us either. If it weren’t for our displacement circumstances, we would have never stayed there.

Dirty Place!! Was A Really Dirty Place I Would Not Come Again And Definitely Not Recommend This Place To Anyone!

Hotels.com overbooked the hotel. When I tried to check in we were informed there were no rooms. Hotels.com is refusing to refund my money. I’m out for 2 rooms that night as we had to find a new room. Will never book through this 3rd party again.

Disgusting Room was disgusting. Restroom had pubic hairs on toilet seat, shower curtain and shower. Furniture was in disarray. Deep scratches on drawers. Desk chair had residue on seat. Closet curtain had moisture stains. AC unit was dusty, controls were filthy.

Never again staying at Extended Stay Iliked the Elk Grove area but this hotel was subpar. I will never ever book with an Extended Stay Hotel again. The outside looked in good shape but the lobby and rest of the hotel was run down. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but the minute we stepped in, it was apparent it was not. We were too exhausted from travelling to complain. The beds were extremely small doubles and the room hadn't been updated for at least 20 years.

Horrible service The hotel overbooked and told me when I arrived that there was no room for me. I had already pre-paid the cost of the room. This is beyond unacceptable and they were not helpful at all.
