Take your business elsewhere. The room I stayed in had tacks on the ceiling with streamers partially attached, bath tub had soap scum and you can tell it hadn’t been scrubbed. The bed smelled like someone was recently laying in it and the pillow stunk like sweat. The sheets had a bunch of hairs different colors. Elevators are dirty, stairs smells like cigarette smoke. Once was enough! My short overnight stay was a bargain for the price, I thought. This place was nice looking on the outside but once you enter the lobby and the rooms it was terrible. Brown carpets and brown flooring should have been amy first hint. But it was the smell that told the story. It smelled smokey and just unclean. 04/2020 Honestly it’s always something with Extended Stay America. First time I didn’t even get to check in and ended up sleeping in my car. I was told I’d get a free night stay and an apology to this day I haven’t received anything. This April I booked with them since I figuered things happen .. but I was charged double went through a hassle to get it back. April2020 Rooms smell, furniture is too low,which makes it uncomfortable to watch tv. Rooms are not well equipped with basic essentials enough shampoo to toilet paper. Management could also be better with hospitality. I was also over charged and went through a hassle to get it back.

Dirty an disgusting Our room smelled like it hadn't been opened in weeks. The place looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Crumbs on the bed, miss matched bedding, NO cups silverware or any amenities in the kitchenette. There where mouse droppings on the floor, "white powdery substance" inside the cabinets, air did not work, one small this one shampoo and thats the only thing.
