Firstly took long time to check in the wrong room was provided, after the new room with more charge was given, then provided unworkable keys. Room was far away, three times I had to walk to get things done. Finally Room provided was used by some one earlier but we were so tired at midnight time, we were helpless to go to front desk for fourth time.

Stuff of Nightmares This was the grossest hotel I’ve had the displeasure of staying in. In wouldn’t have stepped foot in the shower for $500. The sink was clogged, water stains made the walls seem like they were actually crying. Smelled like a pack a day smoker had done some time in this room. Smelly, dirty, the stuff of nightmares. On the plus side, I don’t think I caught anything while I was there.

The morning after check in the office manager threatened to call the police on me because the “room was not paid for” except it was pending in my account. after a whole mess and me paying cash for the two nights I was up this morning to the charges in my account POSTED!

Not good cleaning in washroom

No recommendations Horrible management he is sneaky, he tried to come in my room twice when I was showering and once when I was in my underwear for fictional reasons and he goes in when I’m not there and when confronted will say he doesn’t want you at the motel if he can’t invade the privacy you pay for or try to control you by threatening your week being. Very poor management

I arrived at 8:00 p.m. I went into the very small lobby. The security guard who I had a hard time understanding said the check in person would be back in a half hour and to wait in my car and the security guard would come to my car and bring me in the lobby to check in. That wasn’t professional to me. It was dark and I didn’t feel totally safe sitting in my car. My room was sparsely furnished and there was one plastic glass. There was a sign on the counter in the bathroom that said “if you want shampoo ask at the desk.” The ... read more

The facility was well under kept. The room was stuffy, dirty and smelled terrible. The staff Adat was really unwelcoming and not helpful. After 17 min after checking in, we checked out. I could not stay another min, we requested to cancel our reservation, but were told we could not because we “used the sink” and therefore would be charged the night stay. Honestly I didn’t even care, I just needed to be out of there. We will never be staying at an Extended stay again. Thank you
