The manager was very disrespectful and rude. I needed a late check out, because my ride hadn't gotten there yet. I asked, he wasn't very nice.

Lightning in the parking areas was not good. Area looked a little seedy. Bed was hard and noisy. Looked nothing like the pictures online. Floors were dirty. Could hair on the towels.

When I checked in the man at the front desk was rude. My room was disgusting. The only thing they did in the bathroom is put new soap and towels. It had not been cleaned. There was certain kinds of hair in the sink and the counter and toilet definitely had not been cleaned. The chair had crumbs on it and the comforter (which usually don’t get cleaned) had something on it. I left my room got a few hours, and when I came back my key card didn’t work. Not good very dirty. there were spiders and cockroaches the sheets and mattress is very old we will never return

Arrived about 9PM, nobody would or could check me in for 30 mins, staff hardly spoke English and that was just to get my key. 30 mins after I got my room, took a shower and the front desk worker and a security guard knock on my door saying I was flooding the room below. There were people yelling and fighting through the evening and early in the morning people were shouting on the front balcony.
