The rooms smelled horrible. The toilet seat and bathtub was stained with hair and some sort of body fluid. There were people hang out in the parking lot drinking and smoking and playing loud music and talking loudly until 3am. The front desk clerk was rude and unclean. He literally blew his nose several times before giving my card back and never washed or sanitized his hands.

When we walked in the room it smelled musty and the AC was on it it was freezing. We dropped our bags turn the heater on and left came back the room absolutely wreaked of dog piss. This is a pet hotel, this also wasn't the room we were supposed to have. When I went to complain the guy was like you checked in 5 hours ago and you're just telling me this so I explained that we dropped our bags and left. Dirty my room was sooo dirty the white socks I had on turned black from the dirty floor.

This property is not really considered Northern Natomas as advertised. The property also looks nothing like the photo listed. I was pretty disappointed and there were many nefarious looking people hanging out and doing laundry late at night.
