The room was old and had dust hanging off the ceiling, it smelled terrible, old and moldy. There was still some dirty spots on the floor and the shower curtain was moldy at the bottom

There was Cockroaches in my damn room!!!! It was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in never had that experience.

Upset I was not satisfied.when I got to your property and checked in I went to the store I came back a d went to the office to get my dishes I was told that there was no pots no dishes.i am a heart patient. I had to go and buy pots and something to eat on and silverware .I should not have had to do that.
I am dissatisfied with their cancellation policy and overall customer service. I called their facility the day of check in to try and cancel my reservation and they would not answer the phone. I called Expedia and they tried contacting them to cancel and no answer. They went ahead and still charged me for the room. I tried disputing the charges and they sent me a generic response about why they would not refund me a dime. Thanks
There was two cockroaches in my room it was disgusting. The room wasn’t up to par at all.
