Filthy end tables and table wasn't wiped down properly.... hotel comforter was filthy and unwashed.

Terrible customer service Check in took 45 minutes The front desk clerk was unable to process my reservation was uneducated on how to do so I have used hotels.com several times hotels.com was actually the party that got this taken care of for me because the front desk clerk was unaware and told me that I would not be able to get in and I would have to wait I had to wait for another attendant to come in so that I could check in I was highly upset and put off

Smh Nothing matched up to the pictures in the listing. My first room had lime and rust on kitchen and bathroom sink and tub, walls had damage and needed fresh paint, furniture is old and broke down, curtains were dirty and stained. Mouse holes along edges of the carpet. Hair in the bedsheets. Missing pictures on walls. I had to reactivate my key card 4 times.
