Broken water faucets. Dirty. Went to turn on water in kitchen sink and I was holding the whole fixture in my hands. All corroded

we ask for a 12:00 p.m check out and she said we don't have time for that and we need to check out at 11:00 a.m and she lied to our face and said that every time we stay here we always had a complaint, which is not true. We even told them about the mouse in the room and the fridge was not cleaned and stain in the fridge, don't stay here if you can avoid it. It is full of incompetent people.

It rained on me literally the heater didn’t work I was told there was no covers the night manager was rude and never got back to me however the General manager was absolutely amazing she very sweet and moved me to a new room right away the morning crew as well

this place was filthy spider webs and stains in the entry way of the room, hair in the tub, crumbs on the table and the floor........stains on the headboard
