I reserved on Expedia and paid in full the two nights that I was going to be on Sac. I paid for a room with two queen beds since my two kids were coming as well. When I arrived they only had a one bed room and I told them I reserved 2 and paid for them in full and they said it was a first come first serve. Long story short I had to go to Walmart to purchase an iflatable bed for me and my husband because we didnt even have enough blankets to put down on the ground to sleep. Unhappy First when Check in the lady who was in the front desk was too rude her only word for everything is unfortunately the computer is down , the cart unfortunately don’t know where it! is I have to wait in my car until the computer starts, when I check out 5:30 am phone was ring and no body answer I nock all the windows and takes time to she come looks like she was sleeping never use that hotel anymore also I don’t get my 100 deposit yet .

The staff charged me for my service animal ($25/day) even when I explained he was service animal with documentation. I am now staying at an Extended Stay America in San Ramon CA and they waived the fee for pet surcharge.

We are doing work up in the Sacramento area. I used my Expedia to make the room reservation. Got the confirmation from Expedia and sent my guy up there to do his work. After day 2, this inexperienced gal literally barges into my employees room unannounced demanding that he leaves this room immediately. I get the phone call late at night and called the front desk to find out what the heck was going on.
