Not clean and needs serious maintenance The lobby was very dirty. Staff cannot be seen and took a long time to come to the counter for check-in. The television had only 3 channels and there were big holes in the furniture (like something had been attached at one time but was removed leaving the holes).

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It smelled like a cigarette even though it says no smoking. Right outside the back door there are people smoking causing it to smell inside. The room was very dirty. There wasn't even a do not disturb sign for the door. And in our room it smelled of cigarettes so bad that it made my lungs hurt. And the next morning they came knocking on our door seeing if this room was booked, like shouldn't the hotel know what rooms are booked??? Thank you for the great assistance HOTELS. COM I♡U I attempted to check in early, I understand. Sometimes it's not available but the woman at the check in desk just said no, I asked if my luggage could be stored until check in she said no and walked away. When I did check into my room garbage and dirt littered the threshold, it was filthy and disgusting inside and the floor was sticky, there was food on the stove there were bugs and crumbs along the nightstand,and I didn't want to touch anything in the room. There was nothing i liked about this place worst stay at a hotel in years. When you make a resevation you expect they will have a room for you. I got the last one andbthere were others that had reservations that woulk not get a room so sad. New system that attendant didnt know how to use. No hand off from on shift to another. Im lucky i got checked in only took half an hour. Now the room no face towels, no cups for water, no coffee in room. Did have coffee cart that was the high lite. Bed sucked. Too un comfortable. Don’t do it. Awful. Dirty. Smelled like smoke in our non-smoking room. We didn’t stay; went home instead.

The hotel had just installed a new check-in system but the receptionist had had NO training on it so our check-in took 30 mins at 1am in the morning. We had to be checked in manually by paper and so did not have wifi access which meant that I had to call tech support at my own expense and get connected. It was NOT the lady's fault at check-in and I felt for her but this was shocking customer service.

Unit overall was dirty and no toilet paper when we checked in.

check -in time 3pm room not ready till 4;30 room not really clean ...never stay there again
