To get into the hotel late at night was a difficult thing to do. The doors would not open and the woman at the front desk was very rude.

Very dirty hotel and very load . You can hear very single word thru the walls.

We did not like the homeless in parking lot. We did not like when we asked for an extra towel and pillow they never came back but said they would. We did not like the staff knocking once and coming in our room not saying who they were only saying they were checking to see if someone was in the room when the same person just checked us into our room 20 min ago.We did not like hereing other people saying that she had 2000$ dollars stolen out of her room along with jewelry and jewelry box from her mom now deceased! The whole place smelled like cigarettes. I had trouble breathing followed by coughing and sneezing because it got worse during the night. The garbage can right outside the entrance stayed full the whole time. There were dog feces at the entrance that was never picked up. Elevator was dirty, and the appliances needed to be cleaned too. The tub had a ring around it and I just couldn’t wait to check out so I left at 7:30am instead of the normal later check out time. When I first checked in the receptionist told me I was late. I booked the night prior to my arrival knowing I would check in after 3am. I checked in while listening to the receptionist tell me how they dont check people in after 3a. Then, I get to the room and the fire detector is off the ceiling. The air conditioning unit whins all night. Come out in the morning and the hallways smell of pot and smoke. Then, i was asked for a lighter three times going from my room to the parking lot. Felt sorry for Nicole as this property is really bad. We couldn’t stay there. Smelt like smoke, rooms were very dirty and someone was in my room when I went up to it. I can not recommend this hotel at all. 3 other people that checked in at the same time last night were also back down within 5 minutes checking back out and getting refunds.
