It was really dirty and carpet had a lot of pee stain.

This hotel overall would have been nice if it would fix the little things. The front desk clerk did not seem to care at all about her customers and would not even let someone check in a little bit early. She actually hid behind the desk most of the time so couldn't even find her. We were put in a room that had an outlet in the bathroom but had it covered with the mirror so we were unable to use it and we had to go buy a long extension cord to reach from the living room to the bathroom. Never Stay at any of these Hotels. The shower had hair in the tub and on the walls. It clearly was not cleaned. The shower head was broke and sprayed water on the wall above. Hallways reeked of cigarettes. Significantly understaffed, 1 person to help many at the front desk caused long waits. You can hear anything and everything through the front door, any passerby or noise of any kind was heard very loud in the room. I travel on business frequently. Extended stay hotels have a full kitchen which is a nice perk. Usually they are a good value but the hotel in Roaeville was absolutely filthy! Because it was Christmas and I had family obligations in the area I was “ stuck”. Debri all over the carpet, dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen, worn bedding and towels, grim everywhere... YUCK!!!
