Truly disappointed! We booked a room to sleep 4. When we got there, we were given a room that sleeps 2. The room smelled of ciggarette smoke, the water in th bathroom faucet didnt work. Bed was uncomfortable not to mention we had to sleep 3 people in a queen sized bed. The free breakfast consisted of coffee and granola bars and prepackaged muffins. Definately will not ever stay there again!

Very bad . Broken Carbon monoxide hanging up in the ceiling. Bathtub smelled urine. I will never stay in Extended Stay America.

I needed a receipt when I checked out but no one was manning the desk. The location was pretty ghetto and the parking lot and surrounding area was full of people smoking pot.

This is not a hotel it’s a pet shelter they do not clean u r room every day I had to use my same towels all the I was there one room had seven cats and alots of rooms with doges

Check-In clerk was friendly. Checked in late Friday evening and checked out Sunday around 10:20am. My room was dirty. I photographed a piece of gum and trash under a chair. There was a man's dirty sock under the bed. I found these things looking for my granddaughter's pacifier she dropped. There was no cleaning service during the day on Saturday as we were out, so the single use shampoo only made it for one of my two showers. Awful. Filthy. Smelled like weed, several cop cars outside several nights during our stay and checking the hallways for our "safety." Wouldn't recommend stay to anyone. Elevator broken for most of stay. Redeeming qualities is pet friendly, kitchenette, and let us get one night refund for checking out early. Waiting for refund to come through...

Didn’t like anything what so ever! Extremely dirty, disgusting and horrible! Floor was dirty the fridge handle was greesy and the toilet was clogged.
