There were 3 couples in the lobby around 9:30pm. All of us were told that there were no rooms left even though we had reservations. Desk staff was courteous but said there was nothing he could do. Suggested trying the neighboring hotels.

Kitchen is useless Shower didn't really work. Elevator didn't work. Toilet didn't flush. Kitchen has no plates, utensils, pots, soap nothing so it's useless. Expected more for the price. Wouldn't stay here again.

Good location, good property, but poorly managed The elevator was broken. The hotel Ran out of shampoo. They also ran out of run from keys.

Disappointed Room had some issues ...ripped screens in windows, large bottle of water left under bed, smoke alarm hanging from ceiling..elevator was not working and we were placed in the 3rd floor..hallway carpet was dirty just needed vacuum bedside lamp no knob to turn it on

Hotels.com should not do business with this hotel. I was traveling for work alone. Got in about midnight. There were obvious signs of prostitution and loitering. My first room was already occupied. The second was on the ground floor and the windows were left unlocked. That combined with the broken front door and out of order elevator left me feeling very unsafe and I left and found another hotel to stay in.

Fire alarm fire alarm went off staff just yelled down the hall but did not specify if we should stay or exit the building. no apologies either

The room was a sauna and the AC sucked. The AC unit was so loud I couldnt sleep. Looks like the place hasnt been updated since 1987. Would not stay here again.
