Very dirty room , uncomfortable beds, no food for breakfast.

I waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes and could not find a staff member went and knocked on all of the staff room doors the break room the laundry room etc. I booked a king size room and was put in a queen or full-size room the bed was way too small. The elevator at the hotel did not work I was not informed when I checked in I have a broken ankle and had to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs as well as another guest who had a child who had muscular dystrophy had to carry her son up two flights of stairs I don’t ... read more

SKIP THIS HOTEL/MOTEL. I was expecting a 3 star rating and this place is a 2 AT BEST! The staff were all unfriendly except for one young lady on the Saturday night late shift. It was as if I was bothering them. The TOWELS WERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! They had a brownish dirty tent to them in some places. They don’t EVER have to worry about me returning. If you’re looking for somewhere quick and cheap just to lay your head for the night like me, you should STILL FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL! Yuck!
