Very dissatisfied with the staff. I had left my I -pad on the bed. When I arrived home and found that I had left it in the room. I was able to locate it on my “Find my phone app” it showed the hotel location. I. called and the hotel and spoke to the staff, and they denied it being there. I will file a police report. DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES, it will be taken.

Didn’t change bedding. Floor was not clean. Not enough coffee for breakfast and breakfast was poor.

Request room that has been renovated Make sure you get a room that has been recently renovated. We were put in one of the rooms that hadn't been renovated. The room was clean, but the vent in the bathroom was dirty, the A/C was not on when we entered so the room was hot and stuff. We turned it on and it did work. The fabric on the boxspring was shredded. The staff was nice.

Know before you book Very bare bones. Had to ask for toilet paper upon arrival....only 1 wash rag for 2 people. Absolutely no kitchen items. If you want ANYTHING you have to ask. Very inconvenient. Shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall, carpet was stained. We notified the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Had to ask for coffee pot, a glass to drink out of and hair dryer. Not even clothes hangars in room!! Ugh....I hated asking for every little thing....

False Confirmation Let’s just say that I booked my roomed thru Hotels.com and has a confirmation for the room. My family and I arrived around midnight and was told there’s no more rooms available because the site overbooked and to just look for a different hotel. So there I was in the middle of the night with my kids driving around looking for a hotel to stay. After the third stop we finally found availability. Worst experience ever
Unsafe feeling Staff allow non guests to hang out and do what looks like "illegal transactions" by the entries/exits. Those men watch whatever you're doing and follow you to your car. Very unsafe feeling. Also staff was very Curt.
