My room stinks with cigarette smell. I reserved a non-smoking room and I got stinky smelly room.

Property was dirty lots of homeless neighbors banging doors till 4 in the morning fighting arguing no coffee machine

Pricing was resonable if it were a full setvice resort.and location to stores was great.

YUK!!!!!! Our stay was horrible...we checked in and could smell cigarette smoke we went to our room and the sheets were dirty and hair on our pillows we got another room debris everywhere ...on all the chairs kitchen was greasy and filthy

室内、共用部、共に清掃が行き届いておらず最悪なコンディションでした。トイレのペーパーはほぼ残りがなく予備もない状態。テーブルやカウンターは拭かれておらず、汚れていました。アメリカの大規模チェーンホテルでここまでの悪コンディションはなかなか無いと思います。

When I tried to check in, the front desk said they were full and did not honor my Expedia already paid for reservation. Please do not charge me for this room as we were turned away.

The only positive thing was location since it was walking distance from where I had to work. I did not realize that there was no daily housekeeping service. I had to bring my dirty towels down to the front desk to exchange them. They also charged me a full night for a late checkout. I will not stay here again.
