Never Stay at any of these Hotels. The shower had hair in the tub and on the walls. It clearly was not cleaned. The shower head was broke and sprayed water on the wall above. Hallways reeked of cigarettes. Significantly understaffed, 1 person to help many at the front desk caused long waits. You can hear anything and everything through the front door, any passerby or noise of any kind was heard very loud in the room. I travel on business frequently. Extended stay hotels have a full kitchen which is a nice perk. Usually they are a good value but the hotel in Roaeville was absolutely filthy! Because it was Christmas and I had family obligations in the area I was “ stuck”. Debri all over the carpet, dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen, worn bedding and towels, grim everywhere... YUCK!!! I went out and bought cleansers and cleaned the room as best I could myself, got a big stack of towels and covered the carpet and slept with the lights on. One sa... read more

Not great Not great experience. Didn’t feel safe and comfortable

Just a bad place to stay, avoid if possible. Not very clean and things are not maintained

Would not stay here again. First room we were given had water actively dripping from around the window area onto the sill. There was a towel laid out so, management must have been aware. Windows wouldn't close and quite a bit of damage being done. Couldn't believe they still had the room in use. Second room was better, but damage to all the walls, layer of dirt on top of the fridge and what looked like baked on microwave pizza still inside the microwave from previous guest. Would not stay here again.
