Was in shock on how poor the rooms were cleanled and the bathroom dirty.slso the floor was so sticky you did not want to walk on it. Carpet was so dirty and stained it had not been cleaned in years!!!! Will never stay at a Stay America agin. This hotel was in Roseville Ca. Never thought a hotel here would be so rundown and filthy

The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. We stepped out of the elevator to go to room 201 and the hallway was dirty. We got into our room, turned the bathroom light on, only to find two roaches scurrying across the kitchenettes counter top. HORRIBLE!! This place should be shut down and fumagated.

“What was unique about this property?” Well, I’ve seen many cheap hotels, but this was my first time having to move a bag of laundry to get down a hallway (formed a blockade with a housekeeping cart... at 4pm) and encountering a soaking wet roll of toilet paper in the room!
