First u get up with fire alarm 🙁 Secondly breakfast is grab and go which means few Snacks item like coffee and muffins and bar. Won’t stay again. Better to go to western or comfort inn

At check in, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were crumbs on the kitchen counter and a bumper sticker that read “Lovesac” above the bed. So I returned to the lobby to request a different room that had been cleaned properly. The attendant at the check in desk went to look at the room I was originally given and deemed it “okay”. Needs drastic updating Bed was very worn out an uncomfortable. Fridge was constantly noisy. Anytime a neighboring room flushed the toilet or turned on the shower, was like they were in the same room as you. Ended up leaving in the middle of the night, couldn't even sleep.

I like proximity of hitel to shops, theatres, and restaurants. My room furniture was stained, kitchen counter dirty, hair all over sink. Face towel was frayed.

Not very clean, staff was ok, wouldn’t stay there again

The extended stay refused to honor our booking, placed us in a smoking room, made no attempt to discount our room or put us in the booked accommodation. Alarms went off during the night, I formed by neighbor that the fire alarms “do that ever few days”. Morning breakfast ran out before posted end. We canceled our remaining two nights and good riddance. The worst extended stat I’ve ever been in.

Check in is at "3" .....so arrive at 5. We drove several hours to our destination. Exhausted, we were excited to get to the room and relax. Check in was at 3. We arrived at 3:30. We were told our room wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes. We came back 45 minutes later. We still have to wait another 30 minutes for the maid to finish up. Finally in the room at 5pm. Meh. My bed was not made up when I arrived at about 11:00 PM. It looked as if someone had started and then stopped. There was a cleaning bottle on the night stand. The windows were opened, and I was told that was normal to "air it out." I asked for another room, but was told they had none. I had a disabled-accessible room which I do not prefer. The room heater did not seem to work. The night attendant was apologetic and finished up the room. It was not her fault.

There was food on the floor and dripping down the cabinets in the kitchen. I have pictures which i am hoping I can upload. When I told the front desk they didn't seem to be surprised or to care very much.
