I was on a overnight business trip. The first room they gave me the key did not work. I had to try it twice then I told them just give me another room. There was no room service had to go and get my own dishes from the front desk.

This property is in desperate need a deep deep cleaning. The only good thing about my room was that the bed sheets were decently clean, but the room and the hotel itself is a smelly dump. The chair in our room was so dirty I had to put it out into the hallway because it looked liked someone literally had an episode of explosive defecation on it. Nearly all door locks were tampered with, our door wouldn’t lock unless you lifted it while locking and then only half of the locking mechanism worked. Complained about other tenant noise every single day and nothing was done about that. Burn marks and strange smells. Free breakfast was only oatmeal packets and granola bars
