This place isndisgusting. I actually want a refund. The staff are rude and very unprofessional. The place is disgusting. Its not actually a hotel. Itd a location wheee the city homlesss can use their homeless vouchers. There are several mental health patients walking around all time of the day and night talking to themselves. They are agressive and will approach you.. the rooms are disgusting. People smoking weed outside, people hanging out.outside. room bathroom needed updating, faucet didn’t work. Floor tiles missing.. staff were friendly nice but checkin no one at counter waited a few minutes before someone showing up. However sign was up they’d be back perhaps in bathroom. I just didn’t feel safe there.

The first room they assigned smelled strongly of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The next room they assigned me had a dirty bathroom. I decided to find a different place to stay.

It was crazy how on the last day the management showed me how rude he could be. My stay was pretty enjoyable. But I was late paying one day and was treated like complete crap. I got the money and was told I had to check out when I tried to pay. Then he tried acting like he was unaware I paid a deposit and tried charging a late check out fee. I was very upset and didn't understand why I was being treated as if I did something wrong or whatever. I will never go there again. It wasn't the stay. It was the management.
