I notified that I had a very late arrival. Called when left airport of how late I was and was okayed. When I got to hotel, door was locked and no one around. Had no place else to stay. Had to continue my drive home at midnight which I had wanted to avoid.

This is probably the dirtiest Extended Stay i've ever stayed at. Totally deceiving because the area is really nice. The rooms are filthy. I didnt even bother using kitchen because fridge was filthy as well. I can't tell if sheets were cleaned because we found little hairs inside when we took the top cover off. Roaches and spiders in the downstairs rooms. The only pleasant think was the staff. They were very understanding of our conplaints and tried to accommodate the best they could. I left immediately! It was like a homeless shelter! Waiting to get my money refunded!!

The toilet didn’t work and they didn’t have maintenance on site to help with the plumbing problem. They have problems with their key cards. They don’t always work.
