The stay was terrible. We got there at about 6 pm . We waited in the lobby when we knocked on a door for service a voice let us know she was on lunch and we would have to wait. We left to pick up food and drinks. Came back 45 minutes later and still no one helped . When she finally came to the front there was 6 guests now waiting with issues or to checkin . Outdated and not a really clean room with the hardest mattress ever

The overall appearance of the property was dirty and felt like a junkyard for old cars. Stairways were filled with dirt, cobwebs, cigarette butts and smelled horribly of urine. Certain new staff members were poorly trained in customer care and how to speak with people in general. Certain staff members looked tacky and non professional. I would never intentionally stay at this South Natomas location again.

Choose elsewhere Didn’t get any room service after requesting it for 3 days ..the recliner didn’t recline ..kept asking for towels pillows an blanket kept getting forgotten about…tried getting a house keeper to come clean my room but nope. Rude front desk ppl. Unprofessional nasty attitudes.

There was a 100 deposit, but only half the power in my room worked upon entry. The rest of the power went out before check out. The customer service is HORRIBLE and i STILL have not received my deposit back! No light bulbs in the bedlamps, used tissue paper provided, durty, sticky table counter and chairs.
