The room, the grounds, parking lot were dirty. It was so uncomfortable that I didn't even stay for one night. I checked on within 20 minutes and found another place to stay. CLEAN THE PLACE UP!!!!!

I notified that I had a very late arrival. Called when left airport of how late I was and was okayed. When I got to hotel, door was locked and no one around. Had no place else to stay. Had to continue my drive home at midnight which I had wanted to avoid.

This is probably the dirtiest Extended Stay i've ever stayed at. Totally deceiving because the area is really nice. The rooms are filthy. I didnt even bother using kitchen because fridge was filthy as well. I can't tell if sheets were cleaned because we found little hairs inside when we took the top cover off. Roaches and spiders in the downstairs rooms. The only pleasant think was the staff. They were very understanding of our conplaints and tried to accommodate the best they could.
