I was directed to another property as the west sacramento facility overbooked themselves. I was given a comp room but was charged $25 for an 'early check in' although it was10 minutes before regular check in time...

It’s okay Room was clean, however sheets seemed a big dusty and not as clean. Encountered a giant bug we’ve never seen before, and the water or room made my girlfriend breakout in hives from allergic reaction. Not sure if it was clean enough.
