Staff is nice. Staff is nice hotel room was ok, size was good, but the room was a little dirty tables were not wiped down outside of the fridge was dirty.... I sipped the tables down with disinfectant wipes so my son could eat on the table. The room smelled like cigarette smoke but cleared up after a little while. I would stay again but just over night not for any long period of time.

Hotel cleaner than expected showed up after hours and took over 30 mins to get in. The person on the phone not helpful at all. Said contact hotel.com to deal with your situation. I was there with a young child. People are horrible these days.

The stay here was okay With the price the stay experience was okay for me. Unlike some other Extended America, this franchise has lobby and the front door will be locked at night which I feel safe. There is coffee and some easy snacks in morning time. But I was expecting they can offer fresh milk... Room is not very clean. The air-con is a bit noisy. Receptionists are nice and glad to help. There are many restaurants around this hotel. Generally the stay here was okay.

Mini Vacation to Sacramento First time staying there. I always thought it was for short term guests that needed a place for a week or a month. It had a bed, kitchen, and tv. Comforts of an apartment just in a hotel. Good place but don't expect anything fancy.

Extended Stay America, West Sac stay It is not your standard Hotel. Large room with kitchen-more like a studio apartment. Clean, but an unusual speckal epoxy-like bathroom sink and tub. Very average decor. Staff concerned more about business than being friendly to guests. Definitely “on the go” basic breakfast snacks-coffee, granola bars, oatmeal. Reasonably priced.
