When we arrived, late, the king size bed room reserved was not available. The front desk clerk immediately gave us a certificate for a free night and put us in a queen size room. The room smelled from smoke and although it was clean, it was not deep clean (dirty door molding). I found the door was broken in half but not visible. If you wiggled it, the top and bottom were clearly separated by several inches. We reported it but didn't ask for it to be repaired then. We had the last room they had. Never Again The room smelled of smoke and weed, the bathroom floor was visibly dirty and we had them come and clean it again, the shower head was falling off the wall, no coffee pot or kitchen utensils were in the room, spots where spills happened were not clean and we dusted the room ourselves with a washcloth.. Would not have stayed if we hadn't prepaid. Will never stay there again when we visit relatives.

Very dirty my room was not clean bugs,blood stains an hairline on the floor blankets an counter an I was not given any discount

My first room had urine in the toilet tv was disconected and filth wjere it was setting.hair on the stove and hood.. floor was dirty my second room no urine but was dusty and spider web in shower ..place was old and beat up .i wasnt impresed micro old fridge old counter top old carpet.. jist bad experence.never stay there again would of left but was so tierd

I arrived to the office being locked and no way to check in. I canceled and was sgill charged 268 fir a no show. I. Alled the manager and he litereally argued with me amd called me q liar becauel

The Carpets were dirty and rooms smelled like smoke.

GROSS The staff in the office were GREAT! Everything else was HORRIBLE! Had to switch rooms because the dust on the Air conditioner was so thick. The AC in the next room barely blew air. The filter needed changed on both! Also ROACHES!!! See pics! So disgusting! The area was loud- people on drugs EVERYWHERE! Terrible location!
