Dirty and rude people would not stay there for more than a night. Friend had bed bugs in room

Unpleasant First room offered wasn’t cleaned at all. Second room offered had a horrible cigarette smell for a non-smoking room. Finally, third room was just ok. Still had a slight smell to it.

Severely disapointed Arrived at night, still 90 degrees, opened the door and got hit with a blast of heat and cigarette smoke. Ran the the ac control and cranked it to 60 degrees...…… nothing, waited......nothing. Called the front desk. "the ac isn't working" she says "point the remote at it" it takes quite a while. No other rooms available with 2 beds. Room did not get below 75 degrees till 2am. 2nd night we looked forward to a cool room and some fresh towels..... NOPE! room was just as we left it. Never again It didn’t seem too clean. There were stains of previous tooth paste stains on the shower wall that wasn’t cleaned off. There was a used packet of shampoo the maids missed. I’m sure if I used a uv light on the sheets they would have shown up as not changed. There was a used rubber glove on our doormat

They wouldn’t let me have a room I paid for wouldn’t ever try this place agian 🤔

The lady that was checking me in was very nice and professional. The room smelled like smoke and was not suitable to stay in not even for two minutes.

Property is not in good condition. Needs an upgrade.
