OVERBOOKED/NEED NEW MANAGEMENT We stayed here for our Posh conventional meeting. I booked 6 weeks in advance online, I even called the week prior and day before check in to make sure my reservation was secure and to let them know we would be checking in around 11pm because of late plane flight. EW. BED. BUGS. Ghetto front desk night worker. Cigarette smell. Weird questionable stains...everywhere. Strategically dim lights...oh yeah, and BED BUGS.

Great price , awful stay Hotel was over booked, they gave us a room we didn't pay for. Poor management, room walls are paper thin could not sleep due to the noise in next room. No access to ice machines , had to their own trash The price was great but won't stay there again

Never again Had to use hotels vacuum to clean my own room had to pay for premium Wi-Fi they went to same speed as the free hotel front desk clerks very rude managers very rude coffee cold Plus they gave my prepaid reservation to person without an ID just because they gave my name

The bottom floor was the worst, the noise from the room above was terrible. Whoever stayed in the upper room stomped around. It was so loud and miserable we were not able to go to sleep until after midnight when it finally stopped. Then we were woken up at 6am to stomping. We will not stay there again.

Stay Next Door at the Best Western! The one and only positive statement is, the room was clean. Check-in. First the hotel does not have automated or sliding doors so you have to complete an acrobatic act to get through the two sets of doors, pull them open while carrying/pulling your belongings. Hotel needs work For starters, the woman working the front desk was very hard working, and did her very best. Now, the bad. 1) It took 4 (four) trips back and forth, to get room keys that worked. 2) Upon getting into the room, the previous tenant left beer in the freezer, which had exploded. 3) The room phone did not function, and neither did the entryway after hours phone. I have never stayed at a hotel that has a kitchenette that isn't stocked. No ice machine. Didn't feel clean. Only roll of TP was the one on the roll nothing extra. Outside looks newer that the rooms do.
