The staff was nice however the room was not clean upon first entrance. There was a wrapper left underneath the bed, the bathroom tub was dirty, and there was a bug in the bathroom.

My check in wasn’t great the door and the key wasn’t working correctly

Apparently the office closes at 11pm, which makes a late check in a bit difficult.

Good value for money. Clean and comfortable. It’s a bit dated but you get what you pay for. Excellent central location in Sugar House.

Location is very convenient to most locations in Salt lake City, and right in the heart of the Historic Sugar House District. Lots of dining options within walking distance, close to freeway access. If you can, get a room on the "back side" (south side). Faces the creek that comes from Sugar House Park with tree's. With Chick Filet sharing a parking lot, it can be a little challenging to get into the hotel.
Parking is horrible Hotel was fine, there is a chick filet in the parking lot which makes it very very hard to get in and out of the lot and sometimes you can’t even leave due to the amount of traffic… for that reason alone I’d pick a far more expensive hotel downtown
