Melissa who checked us in was wonderful. We arrived very late, 3 AM, on a road trip through Salt Lake City. The office was closed but she was there 30 seconds after I picked up the house phone. A smile on her face and helpful answers to all my questions. She even helped us do a late check out so we could get a little bit more sleep.

The room was clean, however the property itself felt 'tired'. From the outside, I assumed the property was newer, but once I got inside, it felt older. Clean though and the staff was friendly and helpful.
There were no ice machines and empty ice trays in our freezer. There was no coffee at breakfast.

Family vacation and Salt Lake City Sugar House The service personal did not answer many questions. For example, they did not inform us you could use a credit card instead of quarters with the washer and dryer. The A/C shut off and on constantly which made the room a little warm.

The property was okay (seemed older but clean and comfortable). We had to take our room keys back to the office three times before they finally got them programmed so that we could get into our room. We were on the third floor and it was 100 degrees outside. So, three trips up and down the stairs was frustrating.

The hotel is a bit old and the room smells. But the location is okay

We asked for a handicapped room and they said that they do have them so we had to make do. There were no garbage cans in the rooms or anything else like cups or coffee makers. We were able to ask for cups to drink out of. The beds were comfortable but pretty tall so very hard for someone 93 to get into. The room needed a thorough cleaning. Their breakfast shouldn’t be able to be called breakfast. Old, dry muffins and coffee/tea,cocoa. No ice makers available.
