Filthy and bad hotel This hotel is in an immediate need of help. The room that I stay was filthy and bad condition. The refrigerator and microwave was not clean. The bed sheets and towels was not in good conditions. The employees do their best but is too much work for few employees. I definitely don't recommend this hotel at all. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Not picky, but was disappointed. I had high hopes for a brand with what I thought was a positive image. Every towel had chunks of hair in them, the floor was not mopped and sticky in the kitchen and overall we were disappointed. I'm disappointed that I used my Expedia points to pay for part of this room. The morning front desk woman was pleasant, the two night desk clerks actually let us stand there for an uncomfortable amount of time as they worked on ge computer prior to greeting us. Scary! There were some people in the parking lot behaving in a way that didn't make us feel safe, the rooms were horrible with a pungent fragrance used to mask the smell of smoking in non-smoking rooms, worn-down furniture, thin blanket, seemed more like a prison room than a hotel room.

Good location, staff struggled Staff struggled with professionalism from the beginning. Three of them visiting and eating behind the front desk, ten feet away & within eyesight. Eventually one beoke away to check us in, with a mouthful of food. Upon check out, I requested a zero balance print out for my records and was told "sure, I sunno why, it's just gonna show you paid for soap" Thanks for the lip service, NOT!

STRANGE ID POLICY, NO ICE MACHINE, SHABBY ROOM We were locals, there for a night out; wife left wallet home. Hotel required ID from "every adult staying in the room." Only explanation: "Corporate policy." Clerk offered to cancel reservation & referred us to nearby competitor. This should have been a warning; instead we came back with wife's ID. The room was unclean and the toilet was broken. When I walked into the room it smelled like someone had been in there for a very long time and it stunk. I literally Look Under the Bed to make sure someone wasn't still there.

Disappointing, dirty hotel. Don't stay here. The hotel was disappointing on nearly every aspect. The only good thing was the location and easy access to I-15. The hotel had a terrible smoke smell that seemed like it was trying to be covered up by some extra-fragrant cleaner. If you have allergies to noxious smells, stay away! Lots of people were living there with kids. The room above me the kids were running and jumping till 2 am all 3 nights I was there. When I complained about the noise to the staff, they replied oh yes that room has kids and that was the end of it. They did not offer to move me when a room came available. They did nothing to ensure the hotel was quite after 10pm.
