First day opened thr fridge and a ton of overly rotting food made our room reek. Swapped rooms and the key needed to be updated. The clerk took my room key and left the front desk and did not return for over 45 min. I decided to get my key later only to find no one was at the desk. I attempted to contact someone and after almost four hours i was able to get into my room long enough to sleep two hrs then had to check out.

Staff was distracted by her two dogs that were off leash wandering the lobby. Paid for a queen bed but received a full size bed instead. The bathroom had hair in shower and on toilet. Comforter on bed had strange stain.

Rooms were disgusting. I saw rodent droppings behind the refrigerator. There parts of a syringe and other metal objects on the floor of the room. The manager, Gale, was extremely rude and did not care about the welfare of anyone around her. When I brought up a concern to her she told me I was the problem. Then during check out she was being rude as hell.

It was an ok hotel but no soap or shampoos or extra towels in room. No front desk help after 9pm and before 9am.

We booked this room last minute because our power was out & we both had to work the next day. I booked the room under MY name, with MY credit card. My husband arrived first, got his parking pass, & let the woman at the front desk know I'd also have a car. I just needed to get a pass when I got there. Reception was busy decorating for Halloween. Bath tub filty dirty, lady went to clean it. Bedsheets dirty, pillows pile them up with pillow covers junt on top of them. Ac not working,, I had to reset the connector.

1. The reason I chose this hotel was because it was the cheapest one that included breakfast. When I checked in, they told me that they stopped doing breakfast the day before. She added that it wasn't much of a breakfast anyway. A muffin and granola bar. 2. The first night, I tried taking a shower. I ran the water for 20 minutes, and it never got hot.
