12 hours of driving to arrive at hotel that is run down and has a old dirty smell to it. Seem to be alot of long term tenants and their pets. Not even 5 minutes into getting settled in, next room over tenant somehow breaks sprinkler head in bathroom and floods their room and good portion of hallway, not to mention the screeching of the fire alarm. Whole 3rd level smells like old pipe water now. Got moved and got another 3 am fire alarm wake up call. Shouldn’t have paid for this hotel.

The room is not like the photo. It appears that others live in the hotel full time. The room wasn’t very clean, can hear others in the hall way and rooms around you. The front check in staff was very nice!

This property says free breakfast. Well when there’s no breakfast available I guess it’s free that is one of the reasons why I decided to stay here. I asked the front desk and he said that the manager forgot to order breakfast. Dropped the ball management thanks a lot.

Worst experience ever was told there was no rooms clean at 11:00pm when I arrived and they told me to go elsewhere and I already boooked the room online a week prior

Breakfast was a grab and go. Coffee, muffins, cereal bars, and instant oatmeal.

Pillows sucked, beds sucked, sheets were dirty and stained. The elevator was dirty, the floors were dirty, as soon as you walk in it's dirty, the breakfast is nutrigrain bars and cheap coffee machine didn't work. Bathroom fan didn't work. Had to change rooms because first room smelled like cigarette. Better off spending the extra $30 for something clean and comfortable with a real breakfast.
