Arrived to check in. Had to stand around for 10 mins waiting on someone to come to the front desk. Even tried calling while there to notify someone. Finally got to our room and it was dirty, no sheets, trash from previous people, used soaps, and pee in the toilet. Had to go back to check in, thankfully she was STILL there with another couple, she put us in a handicap suite. But after dealing with the previous room and them not knowing it was dirty or keeping record of who cleans/ what rooms were cleaned, we decided to leave.... read more

They didn’t have the room we reserved through Expedia. And put us (4 people and 2 dogs) in a full size bed room. I called Expedia and they contacted the office and all of a sudden they did have the room we originally reserved.

The lights over head board didnt work. The light on dresser was broken. The air conditioning didnt work. There was blood in the carpet.

Stay was so-so Room was great till we notice underneath the blankets and bed sheet was another sheet with small hairs.
