Hard to find, it’s covered by a tree. No sign or anything so you will miss it the first time. Nothing fancy, not totally a bust. I did have a roach crawl on me, that caused me to move out the next day!

The shower did not work at all and there was no hotel staff on site to call about it. The rooms had no hair dryers either. The worst part was I asked for a 3 AM wake up call to catch a 6 AM flight out of San Antonio and I never got the call. I went to the lobby and it was closed until 7 AM. No wonder I never got the call. I missed my flight and had to rebook another. I will never stay at an extended stay again!!!

Ok Room Smell to small and has bugs tv not functioning

Management cuts corners at guests' expense. Bills itself as a suite but doesn't have enough coffee pots for all rooms. Guests without them have to go down to the lobby if they want coffee. Only had sweet vanilla cream, not even skim milk, muchless half and half.... Bathtub didn't drain. Was standing in two inches of soapy water before my shower ended.... No cups, plates, of flatware in rooms. Have to go to front desk to get them.... This hotel is a suite "wanna be." Pay $10 now a night and stay in a place that has the basics... read more

Bad stay It was good they had roaches and they only clean the room once a week and when I ask to switch my rooms they did and they said we can spray your room for roaches I got a new room and the sink water had hot water but the shower didn’t . I truly wish I could get my money back for the stay it was the worst stay I ever had

Disappointing stay overall Room needed cleaning. There was a crumpled dirty bath towel stashed under the kitchen sink when I arrived. There were a few dishes seemingly stashed in a drawer, as opposed to being neatly put away. When attempting to get through to my room telephone, a caller to my room had difficulty with a rude telephone operator at the front desk. Overall not a very pleasant or relaxing experience.

At a first glance from the outside it’s an okay property. Walk inside and the check in is quick. “Breakfast” is literally a pot of coffee they put out right by the check in desk. The buildings are not connected, so it has more of an apartment complex feel. We go towards our unit, which is towards the back of the property and immediately spot warning signs it’s not a nice hotel. Told bluntly that my reservation didnt have a room Was told they didn't have a room for us, receptionist was zero help. Had to contact hotels.com customer support.
