First and last! Day of check in: hotels.com calling me informing that the hotel can’t accommodate us even it’s a confirm reservation. The hotel stated that they over booked. Hotels.com reached out again to the property but still can’t remedy our cancelled booking. So I reached out directly to the property and I was able to negotiate because we are not only booked for 1 room. We are staying with other family. Useless hotel and useless Expedia. I got to know that booking is canceled when I arrived and it took me 1:30 hr to figure out what’s next. Absolute junk.

The hotel looks like it used to be nice in the past, but has been let go and rundown recently. Did not like that there was a general cigarette smell in the hallways and lobby. People loitering around the hotel property. And overall needs updating in the hotel.

Wouldn’t stay here again..in a industrial park. The hotel wasn’t very clean, no air in the lobby or elevator. I was so scared of getting stuck in the elevator I took the stairs the rest of the time. Room smelled and was dated thankfully the windows were able to slightly open. Our toilet clogged and we couldn’t get help from Maintenance because they weren’t there till the morning and they couldn’t switch our room because the hotel was booked.

One of the worst ESA we have ever stayed Checked in to the hotel with an expectation that it will match the other ESA that we have been stayed before - clean and bright. The website shows a glamorous, beautiful, pamering hotel just like those I checked in on different location. When we arrived, we saw chipped paint, bubbling walls, smelly old carpeting (smell of smoke in a smoke-free hotel), and a run down property. Our bathtub wall was filled with human and dog hairs. For breakfast, they only offer coffee or hot water… nothing else. Rooms are of good size but washrooms are very in bad shape Staff is very friendly
