The property felt dirty. Halls needed vacuuming, toilet was dirty. Room and halls had a funny musty smell. Picture on line do not reflect the actual property.

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I will never recommend another extended stay America to anyone. The person at the front desk was even horrible the was Desean didn’t care if we needed clean towels he said to bad , it says on the web site free breakfast which is coffee and a muffin it was never there . If you want your room cleaned cost extra , refrigerator was filthy, carpet was filthy and smelled. The towels were stained. There was dog poop every where in parking area . Management did not enforce the no smoking policy. Each night the second floor reeked of smoke from cigarettes' and marijuana. Extended stay did not keep their end of the contract to provide a safe and healthy environment to stay in.

When I got to the room it was dirty with empty beer bottles dirty towels on chair bed unmade. I called the front desk informed them and said I would go get something to eat and be back in a few hours. Upon getting back to the room 3 hours later it was still dirty. Only after go to the front desk and requesting the manager did it get cleaned.

waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the lobby.. check in was at 3, it was 5 o'clock and my room was finally ready. pictures are not accurate .. dirty room and old furniture. never will i book with extended stay

mission valley extended stay hotel Checked into the hotel. Sense a smell of marijuana occasionally. The hotel room (118) was temperature controlled and nicely air conditioned, however, the shower faucet was leaking quite excessively and the toilet did not flush properly. As I was departing the hotel to meet with family, I reported the issues to the front desk and an on-site maintenance person attempted to address the issue. This is a run- down dirty hotel. Horrible room, bed bugs, mold, and just plain awful.
