We stayed here in the past and it was good. Now the property is not maintained at all. The hall rugs are filthy with lots of stains. The dresser drawers were broken. They allow dogs which is good but the surrounding ground are covered with cigarette butts and dog poop. It’s in a nice commercial building area but probably worst property in the area cleanliness wise. Several area need paint. I checked in but had to wait for at least 15 minutes for the desk clerk to show up!! Even called the phone, but nothing.

The wifi was weak and so for business reasons and travel will not recommed at all

This place was very filthy and we got a room with a broken sink the fridge did not work. We did not have hot water. The towels given to us had stains on them. They gave us used toilet paper with nothing left on the roll. There were stains all over the floor. We stood on the first floor and there was so many people who did not stay there wandering the parking lot. Would never stay here again.

I stayed in room 219. I noticed a bug on the bed earlier in the day, but it didn't appear to be a bed bug. I woke up in the middle of the night to another bug crawling over me. I called the front desk to see if I could get another room, and they said no. As I was on the phone with them, I saw yet another bug crawling in the sheets. I don't think they were bed bugs, but still, multiple insects crawling in a bed in unacceptable. Very disappointed. I ended up leaving that night, driving back home to Los Angeles at 1:45am.
