I was told that breakfast was included. There was no breakfast. TV in the room was not working. Shower complete not closed…. Cigarette buds in the elevator. No house keeping

It wasn't as picture water would not turn off in the bathroom. The room was moldy no air vents.

They didn’t honor my reservation through Expedia. I was stranded 400 miles from home with my 12 year old son.

Not Recommended for The Price! When we arrived, they told us they are short in staff and the room is not ready. We finally could check-in around 5:45 pm. The bed was very uncomfortable and smelly. The breakfast was just coffee and instant oatmeal! Not recommended at all!

It started from the time I first got there. I drove up and seen tweekers hanging out in the parking lot. Then I was told I can originally check in at 3pm but could'nt untill after 6pm because lack of staff on site. I got to my room and the toilet didnt work so the guy that checked me in at the front desk had to come up to my room and work on fixing the toilet for 30 some odd mins to get it working.... not to mention when I decided to finaly take a shiwer there was no hot water, for 3 days that I was there i had to take a col... read more

I wish I could get a refund since I only stayed for 15 mins and left. Check in took a while and there were two white trash cans collecting water. Maybe a ceiling leak? The fridge in the room was dirty and so were the burners. The remote had cat hair on it. I was so disgusted that I left and after being there for 15 mins.
