It seems like the hotel his only one employee who handles everything. The room did not have shampoo, you had to ask for it at the reception desk. They have a non-working fridge in the room that smells horrible. Our room wasn’t serviced the next day, the bed wasn’t made nor the trash was taken. I called the service desk and was told they only clean the room once every two weeks. Unbelievable!

The breakfast service is a shame, the carpet in the room was a disgrace

I didn’t like that the building was runned down, dirty, outdated, and smelly..

The staff was great. It’s the roaches in my room I did not like 😬

The exterior was nice but once you walk in it’s dated and unkept. The elevator was broken and you could see hand marks and grime on the stainless steel doors. I brought Clorox wipes with me and We wiped everything down and our wipes were dirty-and this room apparently was just cleaned. The floor was sticky and there was grease alongside the refrigerator and cabinets. The following morning our bathroom sink was clogged, it took them 2 days to unclog it-luckily we had the kitchen sink to use. I did kill a roach off the wall. T... read more

My room was in a bit of disrepair, with a bit of an off putting odor from the start, and there are signs posted warning of lead exposure from old brass fittings. Overall the establishment could use some updating.
