Bad condition, false advertisement, dirty room

Please avoid this hotel. Guests yelling at staff saying their stuff was lost/taken. Three cop cars on the property the next day. No housekeeping unless you stay for a minimum of 7 days. To go breakfast was only coffee. Breakfast closed 30 minutes early because they ran out of coffee. Room coffee maker broken. Elevator inspection certificate expired. No conditioner in shower.

Smelly hotel. Expect limited rest and sleep. I had doubts about this hotel but an employee of my customer had limited per diem and he picked this hotel to keep it under. First thing I noticed is smoke or weed smell in hallways. Got in to the room and it smelled like old carpet dingy smell. I can only sleep about 4 hours. Making the AC cold did not help. The property felt dirty. Halls needed vacuuming, toilet was dirty. Room and halls had a funny musty smell. Picture on line do not reflect the actual property.

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I will never recommend another extended stay America to anyone. The person at the front desk was even horrible the was Desean didn’t care if we needed clean towels he said to bad , it says on the web site free breakfast which is coffee and a muffin it was never there . Management did not enforce the no smoking policy. Each night the second floor reeked of smoke from cigarettes' and marijuana. Extended stay did not keep their end of the contract to provide a safe and healthy environment to stay in.
