Disappointed Room was infested with roaches This is advertised as a Non-Smoking Hotel, hallways smell strong of smoke/Marijuana as soon as you stepped out of the room.

Definitely would NOT stay here again! As soon as we walked into our room and turned on the light, cockroaches were seen walking around on the floor, kitchen countertop and in the refrigerator!!!!! The receptionist was nice and immediately apologized for the inconvenience and transferred us to another room! But either way, last time we stay at this hotel.

Check out service was ridiculous. Line of people waiting to check out and no one in sight to help at front desk. Kid finally showed up and looked disheveled and seemed to not want to be there. No shampoo/conditions, etc. in the room ready to be used. No coffee in rooms, shall I go on? Smell was unclean.

Dirty, filthy place. Out of any sanitary norms. Resembling to the one star road side motel, and they shamelessly charge some 130-150 per night.

Great Location.Nothing Fancy Very Clean Location and check-in were excellent. Room set-up and cleanliness were excellent. ✨✨Downside were broken drawers that stayed halfway open and trimming missing on half of drawer. Their Grap & Go was coffee, miniature muffins & micro oatmeal 😵💫
