The bathroom sink was dirty and stained and I found a used q-tip on the floor behind the chair, so disappointed. Made me feel like the room wasn't properly clean and especially since we are going through a pandemic right now. Won't be back or recommend this to others.

The worst I have ever had Aweful. Noisy bed spring, hard mattress, dirty floor, noisy refrigerator. No one available at front desk, I had to call out loud for an attendant to show up. I had to come out of my room to ask for a sticker for parking my car which they forgot to offer me. The phone in the room did not work

Room was okay. Staff was not informed of what was available or what wasn’t. Worse part was the elevator went out. We were on 3rd floor. We could take stairs but there was another customer who was in a wheelchair and his family had to assist him to scoot up the stairs while sitting on his bottom to the 3rd floor. The hotel was NOT full that w... read more

Just Like Home-NOT! We booked because it had a kitchen and we were staying for three nights. We were very disappointed in the lack of amenities. There were no utensils, dishes, pans, glasses, etc. We read in the flyer that you had to request items for the kitchen. They could have told us that when we checked in. We got the bare minimum. One plastic glass, one cup, one pan, two white Corel plates, a toaster with a broken knob, no coffee maker. Glad we brought our own wine bottle opener. The room didn’t even have any hangers! ... read more

There was no workers at night other than “security” if you want to call it that. The couple in the room next to us argued from 3am-5am in the morning. I heard them physically fighting and then they started throwing each other’s stuff around and because there was no staff we had to listen to it the whole time.
