I didn't like how no hospitality was given and that how they never showed me respect as a guest.

Overrated Photos are deceptive. Venue is a rundown apartment hotel.

The sheets were dirty. The hallways smelled like cigarettes. The rooms are lout. I can hear foot steps. I could hear the people next door talking. I called several times to confirm my reservation and the people answering had me call back several times because according to them I was pressing the wrong options.

I ask for blankets and pillows case's and the laundry person never showed up,I had to sleep a towel over the pillow and no blanket

This is probably the dumpiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Sheets looked dingy, bed lumpy, scatchy thin blanket. Paid for queen bed and got a double. Not even a cup in kitchen or bathroom of my studio not to mention anything else in empty kitchen cupboards. You should remove this property from Expedia as it is not up to your usual standards!

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! I was given my room number, my party and I went up to the third floor with all our luggage only to unlock, open the door and discover another person lying in the bed. I was harassed by the homeless population at the coffee station with nobody at the front desk to help out. The shower was broken so we could only take baths and there were no towels in the room at all. This place is a cheep low end motel at best.
