Went to check in and they had my reservation for a completely different room than I reserved. They guy was nice but he also didn’t even look to see about changing/fixing the situation. Just said they were booked and couldn’t do anything. Told him I wasn’t staying there and to cancel my reservation and I better not be charged for their mistake. Had to scramble for another hotel and ended up having to pay more and be further away from where we wanted to be.
It’s mediocre and I would like to have more breakfast options.

The Tv was not up to standards. Analog ? Blurry and guide didn’t work.

I liked NOTHING about this property. It was dingy, really HOT and the air conditioning doesn't work. Also, I have never in ly life stayed at a hotel in which there was NO hair dryer. When I called down for one they told me that I had to go down myself to get one. Seriously?
