Mal servicio, esperaba mas pero no fue asi, pesimo lugar

The room was good. Staff was elusive. No coffee teo of the mornings. Fire alarm woke us up at 4am one night with no explination from staff

Felt I might get mugged in lobby. Overall dinginess.

Not clean. Cleaning servive once, ONCE A WEEK Empty kitchen. No kitchenware unless required?

My problem was that there was no working shower and did not notice until this morning when I had to shower. It drain super slow and the knob for shower access did not convert to shower. I pulled hard but it would not change.

We found ants in the bed and after checking under the bed found stains in the matress covers really nasty But we had to sleep on top of all the blankets with no pillows just in case there was bedbugs The only reason we stayed was the time of day it was 230 in the morning and my family were very tired0 I would never stay here again

Ehh.... Customer service both on the phone and in person was not good. The room was good however it had an odd odor. Some lettuce was in left in refrigerator and the Tub had what seemed to be Pubic hair in it. Besides that the smell of Marijuana....
